I tried this yesterday at Blush Beauty Bar and it is very pretty. I would have bought it if the price had been reasonable, but $50 I don't know ..that is more than Tom Ford. Am not sure I can afford it . Beautiful but prce needs to be more in line.

SUPERLATIVE EXPERIENCE!
I own over 100 red lipsticks. This may be my #1 pick! Private Party is my color which is a plummy reddy pink, and although the color is so fantastic and unusual, the color is not what sets it apart. This lipstick is formulated to go on like silk, feel luxurious on the lip, stay like nobody's business, and always look fresh! It even wears off beautifully! I always had to use a touch of balm underneath my expensive matte lipsticks. Not here! It is a perfect formula, of well balanced matte, light texture and creaminess (almost an oximorron) all rolled into one! On my way to purchase the other colors! WOW! Not e-z to impress me!

LOVE it!
PLEASE release more colors than you currently have and possibly lower the price? $50 is steep for a tube of lipstick and I'm normally not one to care about that kind of stuff. The texture and feel is absolutely amazing....beautiful, glamourous and rich. The gold case and lipstick do make you feel like a 1940's screen siren. It's perfection.

Tried to find an imitation!
But failed! I am a fair skinned, cool toned, redhead. It is an odd combo, and every red on the market turns pink or orangey/brown on me. I fell in love with black tie. Not only is the texture creamy and light, but the color is rich and beautiful. I went in search of a similar color, but the texture of other brands was goopy or drying. Ended up coming back and shelling out the 50 bucks. Couldnt be happier.

This lipstick brought my lips back to life after a crazy cold front that made them dry. I love this lipstick, the only downfall is the $50.
